Professional Experience
Svetlana worked as an associate Human Resources Director of the corporate group Ros AGRO from 1996 to 2002. During the following three years Svetlana was heading the Human Resources Department in the group companies Dionis Club, and then, in the corporate group Svyaznoy. From 2008 to 2011, Svetlana has been working as a Human Resources Director in TEKTA Group.
Education
Svetlana studied Strategic Management at the Open University (United Kingdom). She has also graduated from the Youth Institute (sociology department) and defended a thesis on sociology of management. Moreover, Svetlana has a diploma of Kalinin State University (mathematics department).
